Following the Second Vatican Council, there came a renewal of the Church’s mission to preach, teach, and reach. We are all called to remember Christ’s example in living our lives – at home, in the workplace, and in recreation.
Through the love of Christ, and through the example given to us by Christ, we seek to transform individuals and society so that the God-given gifts of every person are celebrated and utilized for the common good. As Community, we reach within and beyond our boundaries through social affairs, community outreach, recreation, and service projects.
At St. Brigid, there are many opportunities in ministry to be involved in and live your Catholic faith. If there is a ministry you are looking for but cannot find, please call our office. We may be able to locate what you are searching for, provide you with an alternative suggestion if we indeed do not offer that particular ministry, or offer you another parish that may provide what you are seeking.
